Mission Drishti, the world's first OptoSAR satellite, lost communication after suffering an onboard anomaly triggered by a geomagnetic solar storm during the Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP). The mission was designed to provide simultaneous optical and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging for enhanced Earth observation.
